07-19-2008 Recently the National Eagle Scout Association notified the Middle Tennessee Council that Ray Capp will receive the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award. Ray serves as the Vice Chairman of Technology and Special Projects on the National Order of the Arrow Committee.
